TSS Earnslaw
The berth at Steamer Wharf for the TSS Earnslaw, a coal fired steamship that made its maiden voyage in 1912 and still crosses Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak High Country Farm. It is the only hand fired commercial passenger steamship still working in the southern hemisphere, and passengers can go down to the engine room and watch the coal being shovelled.
